Provider: Mosirham Ltd (Company No: 13838304)

1. Introduction

Niah ("the App") is owned and operated by Mosirham Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy while helping you maintain intentional focus and spiritual discipline.

2. Apple Screen Time API (FamilyControls)

Niah utilizes Apple’s Screen Time API (specifically the FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks) to provide its core functionality:

• App Shielding: To temporarily restrict access to distracting apps during prayer or focus sessions.
• Monitoring: To track whether the user has fulfilled their intention (Niah) before unlocking the device.
• Crucially: * Zero Data Access: Under the Screen Time API framework, Niah cannot and does not access, view, or collect information about which specific apps you use, your browsing history, or your personal messages.
• Local Processing: All app-blocking logic and activity monitoring happen locally on your device. No app usage data is ever transmitted to Mosirham Ltd or any third-party servers.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We believe in "Privacy by Design."

• Personal Data: We do not require a central account to use the App. Your "Niah" streaks and session history are stored locally on your device.
• Analytics: We may use anonymized, non-identifiable telemetry to improve app performance (e.g., crash reports). This does not include any personal or app-usage data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Period.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

As a UK-based company, we comply with the UK GDPR. Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, your data remains under your physical control on your iPhone. You may delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the App.
